What distinguishes the Individual and Team plans for Keenious Plus?

The Individual plan is designed for personal use where the user manages their own plan. The Team plan is configured for organizations, enabling them to offer Keenious access to a group with centralized billing and administrative tools.

Is Keenious Plus accessible on various devices?

Keenious Plus is compatible across different devices, including integration with Word and Google Docs add-ins, for a flexible research experience.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods through a trusted online payment platform, ensuring safe and convenient transactions.

Can I modify my plan at a later time?

Yes, you are able to adjust your plan at any time through our secure payment interface, which allows for easy changes as required.

What happens to my billing if I add team members?

Billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis when new members are added to your Team plan. This ensures you're only billed for the actual time each team member uses the service.

Are there discounts available for students?

A 30% annual discount is available for students. To receive this discount, students must email eduverify@keenious.com from their educational institution's email.

How can I discontinue my plan?

You can cancel your plan easily via our billing portal on the Plan page, where you can manage your plan settings.

Is it possible to switch from an individual to a team plan?

Currently, our system does not support a direct switch from an Individual to a Team plan.

Is there a trial period for Keenious Plus?

At present, Keenious Plus does not have a trial period. Users can get familiar with basic features through the free version and upgrade for full access.

Do I receive a refund if I cancel my plan early?

No refunds are offered for early cancellation. Recurring billing is stopped, but you can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
